Training and capacity building for cultural managers and practitioners in strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, and partnership management.
An EU-funded training programme organised by the European Union National Institutes for Culture (EUNIC) in partnership with Egypt's Supreme Council of Culture, developing the capacities of cultural managers across Egyptian governorates.
